Online Training
This is one of the most popular and accessible ways for organisations to bring Rebecca’s knowledge to their managers, staff and teams. Training packages can be used as “off the peg” modules or Rebecca can tailor each one to match the needs and messages for your organisation.
Online training can be delivered via live presentations with additional email/phone support from our consultants. Pre-recorded webinars are also available for staff and organisations who prefer to complete training at their convenience.
Face-to-face seminars and training can be arranged as an alternative to online delivery.

Bringing fresh insights from her research to each presentation, Rebecca has a warm and entertaining narrative style. She uses many anecdotes from her extensive professional experience to bring important concepts to life for her audience.
Coaching
If you’re facing challenges in your leadership role, Rebecca can guide you towards the awareness, clarity and purpose you need for a more successful approach. From improving time and people management, to building your confidence and capabilities, Rebecca can support you in many different ways with regular face-to-face and/or tele-coaching sessions. You can set up a long-term coaching arrangement for ongoing support or take advantage of a short-term intensive coaching program to address a particular organisational or project-based issue.
Rebecca holds a Diploma in Coaching and is an NLP Practitioner. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach she is committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest standards of excellence for her coaching clients.
Extended DISC
To improve the impact and effectiveness of communication and performance, you need to truly understand how you and your team relate to one another. Extended DISC is a flexible, trusted approach to behavioural profiling that reaches beyond our own assumptions about ourselves to reveal who we really are. It’s a process that brings people greater awareness of their personal style and behaviour.
Extended DISC insights come from an in-depth 24-page report based on responses to an online questionnaire. Reports on individuals, profiles, teams and work pairs can all be produced from questionnaire inputs. Under Rebecca’s guidance as an Extended DISC practitioner and coach, individuals and teams can use these insights from Extended DISC reports to achieve better understanding and co-operation in their working relationships.
They can also learn to adapt communication and behaviour to get the best outcomes from scenarios including:
